Summary: Supported z/OS, OS/390, VM/ESA, VSE/ESA and system related products at SYSCO. Accomplished VSE to MVS conversion in 1984 at Big Three, project was on time and under budget, acted as MIS director and systems programmer. Installed RACF at Big Three. Upgraded MVS releases at WKM and reworked HSM on new system also installed VM/HPO. At EUTec division of EXXON debugged REXX code and JCL on MVS/ESA, shared systems consisting of dual 3090's and PR/SM. Also, wrote SAS reports on vector hardware usage.
Installed VM/HPO at Igloo to facilitate conversion of VSE to MVS. Coded NCP and VTAM in MVS and VSE for cross domain access to applications. Installed Network Data Mover at Equifax to move files from Atlanta to Houston via SDLC lines using NCP and VTAM 3.4 on an IBM3725, The Atlanta system was an MVS complex and the Houston system was a group of VSE systems running as guests under VM/HPO.

Shut down both systems in 1999 because of Y2K.. Supported MVS/ESA, OS/390 and z/OS on IBM 9672 and IBM z800 machines. Supported VTAM, TCP/IP as well as Storage Tech software and all other system functions on MVS. Setup remote hardware management console for z800 to IPL MVS. Installed Linux on an LPAR in the z800.
